You (referred to as either "you", "your", " means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Subscription refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.
Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms" or "Agreement") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

The Company reserves the right to arrange or designate its associated company, controlling company, successor company or a third party company approved by the Company to continue to operate deepbricks.ai.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our privacy policy is available on our website (“ Privacy Policy ”).
We may from time to time update our services, but are not under any obligation to do so. Such updates will be supplied according to our then-current policies, which may include automatic updating or upgrading without any additional notice to you. To start using deepbricks.ai, You need to set up an account by submitting your email.
You will be fully liable for any activities carried out in the name of your registered account. If You notice unauthorized access to your account or other security vulnerabilities, You should notify the Company immediately.
You confirm that by the time You complete the registration, You shall have full civil capacity appropriate to the civil conduct performed. If the Company decides to cancel your account, the loss incurred in such process of any and all data and information generated by your use of deepbricks.ai shall be at your own expense.
Your account is for your own use only. It is prohibited for You to give, borrow, lease, transfer, sell or otherwise license the use of your account in any way without the written consent of the company.
If the Company finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that a certain user is not the initial registrant of a certain account, the Company has the right to terminate services to the account without notice and to cancel the account without bearing any legal liabilities to the initial registrant of the account. The loss of any and all data, information, etc. generated by the initial registrant in the course of using deepbricks.ai shall be at the initial registrant’s expense.
The Company reserves the right to change the prices of deepbricks.ai.
The Company shall notify the users of deepbricks.ai at least one week in advance of any such price changes.
Such notifications will be posted on the Website or sent by email. You will be deemed to have received any such notifications posted on the Website. If You continue to use deepbricks.ai one week after such posted notifications, You will be considered to have accepted the new pricing. If You disagree with the revised pricing, You can cancel your account.
All amounts payable under this Agreement are non-refundable, non-cancellable. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid.
The Company will offer free trials of deepbricks.ai for new users from time to time. When You use the Website and the Services, You agree to all of the terms of service. If You cancel your account or subscription before the end of your trial period, You will not be eligible for a second free trial.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by deepbricks.ai or you.
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and the Services under this Agreement may only be used for non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, sell, resell, make use of or access to any part of the Website and the Services for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising.
Code for Website usage: You shall be responsible for your use of deepbricks.ai, and your use of deepbricks.ai’s Website and Services shall not, unless permitted by laws or by prior written permission of the Company:
(1) Conduct reverse engineering, reverse compiling, reverse compiling, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of deepbricks.ai;
(2) Maliciously register deepbricks.ai accounts, including but not limited to, frequent and or bulk account registrations;
(3) Use unauthorized data or access to unauthorized servers/accounts;
(4) Conduct using, leasing, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reproducing, compiling, publishing, creating mirror sites, etc.;
(5) Interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise influence the normal operation of deepbricks.ai by using any plug-ins, external hangings, systems, or third-party tools not authorized or permitted by the Company.
(6) Copy, modify, add, delete, mount or create any derivative work, including but not limited to, access to this software and related systems using plug-ins, external or unlicensed third-party tools/services, data released into any terminal memory during the operation of this software, client/server interaction during the operation of this software, and system data necessary for the operation of this software;
(7) intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses, or conduct other acts that interfere with normal network information services by means of unauthorized attempts to detect, scan, test, or disrupt the normal operation of the deepbricks.ai system or network by itself, authorized others, or using third-party software;
(8) Provide programs and tools specifically designed to engage in activities harmful to cybersecurity, such as intrusion into networks, interference with their normal functions and safeguards, and theft of network data;
(9) Access a public computer network or another person's computer system without permission, and/or delete, modify or add to the stored information;
(10) Falsify TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(11) Delete copyright information from the software;
(12) Conduct other acts not expressly authorized by the Company.
You shall abide by local laws and regulations and respect local ethics and customs while Using deepbricks.ai. If your actions violate local laws, regulations or moral mores, You should be independently responsible for them.
You shall refrain from causing the Company to violate laws or regulations or becoming involved in political or public affairs by Using deepbricks.ai, otherwise the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service.
In response to your violation of this Agreement or other terms of service, the Company reserves the right to take measures including but not limited to, the freezing of your account or the restriction, suspension or termination of your use of deepbricks.ai, as appropriate. The Company will keep relevant records of suspected illegal acts and have the right to report to relevant competent authorities according to law, cooperate with investigations by relevant competent authorities and report to public security organizations.
If You cause a third party complaint or lawsuit for breach of this Agreement or other terms of service, You shall handle on your own and accept all legal liabilities that may arise. If the Company and its related parties, controlling companies or successor companies compensate any third parties or are punished by state organizations because of your illegal conducts or breach of contract, You shall also compensate the Company and its related parties, controlling companies and successor companies in full for all losses incurred as a result.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You understand and agree that deepbricks.ai is provided to You within the Company's existing technology and conditions. The Company will do its best to provide You with a stable and safe service. You understand that the Company cannot always anticipate and protect against technical or other risks, including but not limited to, force majeure, network causes, viruses, trojans, hacks, system instability, government behaviors, third-party service flaws, third-party websites, and other risks of potential service disruptions, data loss and failure to use deepbricks.ai properly.
You understand and agree that the Company reserves the right to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate deepbricks.ai in accordance with the scope of services and functions determined by the Company to protect the overall platform operation and security.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice.
Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
You understand and agree that deepbricks.ai may be affected or interfered by a variety of factors, and the Company does not guarantee, including but not limited to:
(1) deepbricks.ai is fully suitable for the user's use;
(2) deepbricks.ai shall be free from interference and operate in a timely, secure, reliable and error free manner; any products, services or other materials obtained by You through the Company shall meet your expectations;
(3) There are no errors in the deepbricks.ai.
You understand and agree that, in the Use of deepbricks.ai, force majeure (force majeure is an objective event that cannot be foreseen, overcome or avoided) may occur, including but not limited to government behaviors, natural disasters (e.g. floods, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.), cyber causes, hacking, war or any other similar events. In the event of force majeure, the Company shall endeavour to make prompt repairs in the first instance, but shall be exempted from liabilities for suspension, termination of service or any loss caused by force majeure to the extent permitted by laws and regulations.
You read, understand and agree that this Agreement shall be implemented on the basis of the guarantee of compliance with state laws and regulations, the protection of public order and decency, and the protection of the lawful rights and interests of others. The Company shall, to the best of its ability, make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, accidental, exceptional or penal damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, loss of profit or other pecuniary loss suffered as a result of your use of deepbricks.ai. The Company's total liability to you, for whatever reason or by whatever means of conduct, shall never exceed the expenses, if any, that You have paid to the Company for the use of deepbricks.ai during your membership.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for interruption or obstruction of services caused by:
(1) Computer viruses, trojans or other malicious programs, hacking attacks;
(2) Failure of the user's or the Company's computer software, systems, hardware and communication lines;
(3) User misbehaviours or uses of deepbricks.ai in a manner not authorized by the Company;
(4) Outdated versions of programs, aging devices and/or their compatibility;
(5) Other circumstances that beyond the Company’s control or cannot be reasonably foreseen.
You understand and agree that in the Use of deepbricks.ai, You may encounter risks arising from cyber information or other user actions, and that the Company shall not accept responsibility for the veracity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor for any damages caused to You as a result of the infringement. These risks include, but are not limited to:
(1) Information containing threatening, defamatory, repugnant or illegal content from another person, whether anonymous or not;
(2) Any psychological, physical or economic harm caused or likely to be caused by misdirection, deception or other misrepresentation by others;
(3) Other risks arising from network information or user behavior.
The right of the Company under this Agreement to address unlawful content shall not constitute an obligation or commitment of the Company, and the Company cannot guarantee timely detection of the infraction or appropriate action.
Under no circumstances should You be gullible about borrowing money, asking for passwords or other information about your properties. When it comes to operations related to your properties, You shall be sure to verify the identity of the other party and shall always follow the Company's tips on fraud prevention (if any).
